Bluewater Wellness Member Class Schedule

We are so excited to share the upcoming classes at Bluewater Wellness.

To attend a class you must be currently enrolled in a Wellness Program (12 or 24 weeks). There are 6 member only classes and there are an additional 6 classes that we invite our members to attend and bring a guest, RSVP required.

All classes run 60-90 minutes and will include question/answer time, handouts, and exercises to lock in the learning and take place at our office at: 17212 Van Wagoner Rd., Spring Lake unless another location is noted.

Tuesday, August 1st at 6:30 pm – Mindfulness

Dr. Werner Absenger and Karri Absenger will host Minfulness: A mental state of openness, awareness and focus. It can help reduce stress, raise self-awareness and undermine destructive behavioral processes. Please RSVP if bring a guest 231-730-5211

Tuesday, August 8th at 6:30 pm Essential Oils

Dr. Werner Absenger and Karri Absenger will host a class on Essential Oils. Hear evidence based information on the use and safety of DIY remedies for healing, skin care, cleaning and beauty. Please RSVP if bring a guest 231-730-5211

Tuesday, August 15th at 6:30pm – General Nutrition – Members only

Join us for greater understanding and goal setting for “EATING REAL FOOD” Allow us to help you address your blocks to cooking at home.

Monday, August 21st at 6:30 pm – Orientation – Members only

Join us to learn about the benefits of being a Wellness Member with Bluewater. We will be going through your binder, having discussion and learning to navigate the Bodysite.

Tuesday, August 22nd at 6:30pm – Blissful Sleeping

How is your sleep hygiene? Are you getting a full 7 to 8 hours of quality sleeping? Come and hear best practices to set you up for a night of heavenly blissful sleeping. Please RSVP if bring a guest 231-730-5211

Tuesday, August 29th at 6:30 pm – Detox Class – Members only

Learn about detoxification and how to support a healthy liver. Detox can be very beneficial to you health and wellness.

Tuesday, September 5th at 6:30 pm – Stress Reduction – Members only

Stress may be considered as any physical, chemical, or emotional factor that causes symptoms of disease. An important goal for those under stress is the management of life stressor.

Tuesday, September 12th at 6:30 pm – Grocery Store Tour – Members only

Tour Meijers on Harvey St. and find out what healthy choices the store offers for your nutritional wellbeing and to support your Bluewater Wellness plan. This class will meet at Meijers on Harvey at the front of the store near the produce department.

Monday, September 18th at 6:30 pm – Orientation – Members only

Join us to learn about the benefits of being a Wellness Member with Bluewater. We will be going through your binder, having discussion and learning to navigate the Bodysite.

Tuesday, September 19th at 6:30 pm – Healthy Cooking – Members only

In this class we will explore new ways to cook at home, using fresh organic real food. Healthy cooking can be simple, fun, tasty and nutritious.

Tuesday, September 26th at 6:30 pm – Hormones

In this class we will determine what the best course of action is to be taken around hormone imbalance. We will discuss the endocrine functions and how to enroll in BHRT consultation. Please RSVP if bring a guest 231-730-5211

Tuesday, October 3rd at 6:30 pm – Juicing and Blending

Do you have a hard time getting in all your veggies? Learn to juice and blend colorful fruits and vegetables to incorporate more nutrition into your daily routine. Please RSVP if bring a guest 231-730-5211

Tuesday, October 10th at 6:30 pm – What’s next? – Members only
